Vision Statement

Through study, reflection, worship and fellowship, the congregation of Smithville United Church will nurture, uplift and strengthen each other and their Christian faith. Inspired by that faith, we will work together to develop strong and inclusive outreach and social justice programs to meet the needs of all individuals in our community and beyond.

Our Objectives

The Smithville United Church Congregation will use

the challenge of the Gospel to help in meeting the following objectives:

To challenge and inspire the congregation through meaningful worship and fellowship in a nurturing environment.
To provide a safe space for youth and to support them in building an empowering and fun community.
To strengthen our global community through a variety of outreach service projects.
To provide a supportive, caring ministry of pastoral care to all members of our church family and the Smithville community.
